My kid actually asks for his "grape gummy" at night now, and the 1 mg dose is gentle enough that he's asleep within 20 minutes without any grogginess the next morning. The chewables are soft and not too sweet, which is a win since he usually fights any medicine.

My bedtime routine is so much easier now—I just hand her one chewable and she takes it without a fight. The 1 mg dose is gentle enough that she's asleep within twenty minutes but wakes up fresh. We've been using these for two weeks and the bottle still has plenty left.

My daughter actually asks for her "sleepy vitamin" now, which says a lot since she fights every other medicine. The 1 mg dose is gentle and the chewable tablets dissolve quickly, so there's no chalky aftertaste. We've been using them for two weeks and she's asleep within 30 minutes instead of tossin
