I’ve been taking this before bed and the orange flavor is genuinely pleasant—not too sweet, just a light citrus taste that dissolves cleanly in a glass of water. It’s become my favorite way to wind down, and I feel noticeably calmer within about 20 minutes.
The fizz when it hits the water is a nice little signal to slow down, and the orange flavor is subtle enough that it doesn't taste like a vitamin. I mix a scoop into a warm mug before bed and the 325 mg of magnesium citrate seems to take the edge off my racing thoughts.
I’ve been taking this every evening for a couple weeks now, and the 325 mg of magnesium citrate is easy on my stomach while helping me wind down. The orange powder dissolves fast in warm water with just a slight fizz, and I actually look forward to that little ritual.
