The orange flavor is genuinely refreshing, not fake or chalky like other powders I've tried. I've been taking it nightly for two weeks and it dissolves completely in a glass of water, which makes the magnesium citrate and glycinate blend easy to stick with.
Mixed it into my evening water and the magnesium citrate plus glycinate combo actually seems to settle my racing thoughts within 20 minutes. The orange powder dissolves clean without that chalky grit I've dealt with in other brands. Already ordered a second tub.
The orange flavor is genuinely refreshing, not that fake sugary taste you get with other supplements. I mix it into a glass of water before bed and the magnesium citrate/glycinate blend really helps me unwind without any stomach upset.
