The fizz when it hits warm water is oddly satisfying, and the sweet lemon taste is actually pleasant, not medicinal. I've been sleeping through the night without waking up restless, which is a huge win for me.
I mix a half scoop into my warm water every evening and it dissolves completely, no gritty bits left at the bottom. The sweet lemon taste is actually pretty pleasant, and I've noticed I'm sleeping deeper without that restless feeling.
The fizz when it hits warm water is honestly the best part—it dissolves fast with no gritty leftovers. I've swapped my evening coffee for this lemon powder and the calming effect is noticeable within 20 minutes, not to mention it tastes like a tart lemonade, not a chalky supplement.
