Took a few days to notice, but my afternoon jitters have definitely mellowed out since I started stirring a scoop into my cold water—it dissolves clear without any chalky aftertaste. The unflavored part is a win for me since I can add it to tea or juice without it messing with the taste.
I mix a scoop into my evening water bottle and it's become a little ritual I actually look forward to—no flavor to fight, just a clean sip that settles my nerves. The fact that it dissolves in cold water without clumping makes it stupidly easy to stick with.
I was skeptical about unflavored supplements, but this dissolves completely in cold water with zero aftertaste, which is huge for me. It's become my evening ritual—one glass and I actually feel my shoulders drop. The lack of sugar and color is a bonus since I'm watching my intake.
