The sour grape flavor is spot on—tart enough to feel like candy, and I actually look forward to taking them each night. Within a week I noticed my shoulders weren’t as tight by the end of the workday, and the 50-gummy count has lasted me a good while.

I’ve been taking these gummies after dinner for about two weeks now, and the sour grape coating makes them feel more like a treat than a supplement. The 50-count jar has lasted me well past the month mark since I only need one to feel my shoulders drop by bedtime.
